The Power of H2O: Quenching the Thirst for Focus and Energy!!


You've been wondering why you're so tired, so brain foggy, and blah.....

Well, for MANY of you the reason is you're dehydrated!!


Hydrating is a simple yet powerful way to boost focus and energy levels.

When the body is 💦 HYDRATED💦, it improves blood ❣️circulation, delivering oxygen 💨 and essential nutrients to the brain 🧠.

Did you know that you loose water in your sleep! You loose water every day! It's not just during exercise. If you're not someone who exercises regularly don't think that you are immune to water loss and that you aren't behind on your fluids...because as long as you are not replacing the fluids on a daily basis, your body is in much need....

It ENHANCES MENTAL FUNCTION and mental clarity! 💥

Dehydration is the enemy 👹!

Fatigue and difficulty concentrating is what happens when we don't drink enough water!

For the science 🤓 nerds like me:

It's because #Hydration also supports the optimal functioning of neurotransmitters, which are vital for maintaining alertness and attentiveness. Additionally, staying hydrated aids in regulating body temperature, preventing overheating and fatigue that can hinder productivity. And if you are like me you HATE HINDERED PRODUCTIVITY!

By prioritizing hydration, you can experience increased focus, sharper thinking, and sustained energy throughout the day!

How much water should you drink?

ANSWER: Get at least 2-3 Liters per day. That's 8-12 cups per day.

Want to loose some weight? Get in 3-4L watch your scale take a dip!


1. HAVE FUN with water bottles and drinking cups!!

  • Get fun colors, logo it up with your favorite sports teams, companies, quotes, anything! Get the right cup or water bottle for any outfit, any occasion! JUST KEEP SIPPIN'! 💦


  • simply drop an herbal tea bag into it! My favorites are any hibiscus tea bag, and TAZO makes a great Passion Tea bag, if you like passion tea. I've also done this with green tea bags too! FYI! Hot teas are a great source of water too!

  • Drop some fruit into your water - lemons, cucumbers, oranges, strawberries.....

3. EAT YOUR WATER! Lots of GREAT fruits and veggies carry a lot of water, like

  • Watermelon

  • Strawberries

  • cucumbers

  • Jicama

  • Grapes

  • Apples

  • Pears

  • & so many others!
